Hawzah News Agency- During the Friday prayer sermons delivered yesterday, September 13, Ayatollah Arafi said, “Palestine and Gaza is the foremost issue of the Islamic world and the entire globe. All Islamic countries should understand that if they yield, the same brutality and bloodshed we see in Gaza awaits them."
“Palestine and Gaza have shown us that the world's oppressors have no mercy or compassion. Resistance stands firm and moves forward, but the leaders of Islamic countries and the Arab world should know they bring great disgrace upon themselves,” he noted, adding that it is an utter disgrace to witness such atrocities, yet you remain silent.
The Sacred Defense created a new model of resistance
"As Imam Khomeini (may he rest in peace) stated, the Sacred Defense created a model and sparked a wave that spread throughout the region and the world. The free people of the world realized that it is possible to stand up against the U.S. and global oppressors. The world should know that today, too, the Iranian nation and our youth, inspired by the Sacred Defense, will stand against the oppressors and, by God's grace, will emerge victorious,” Ayatollah Arafi emphasized.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Ayatollah Arafi further explained, “We have good relations with Turkey and welcome good ties with all our neighbors. Mr. Erdogan has called on Islamic countries to act; Mr. Erdogan and other regional leaders should know that the first step is to close Israeli embassies, sever diplomatic relations, and stop making empty promises. They should also support the Palestinian cause in international forums.”
He lamented, “You have remained silent on this oppression against Palestinians, and some are stabbing in the back in secret; the Islamic nation will not accept this.”
The Heade of Iran’s Seminaries stressed, “Israel should know that it is under siege and this siege will continue, and the army of the Messenger of God (PBUH), the Axis of Resistance, and the free people of the Islamic world will destroy you.”
Ayatollah Arafi emphasized Iran is comprehensively, strategically, and intelligently changing equations and will continue this path, stating that Iran is taking revenge daily for the Zionist regime's atrocities and that severe retaliation will be carried out in due time and in a wise manner.
The foreign policy of the Islamic Republic is to break global unipolarity
"The foreign policy of the Islamic Republic is aimed at breaking the global unipolarity and shaping new political, economic, and security poles. The BRICS and Shanghai Cooperation Organization agreements are also intended to strengthen the formation of these new power poles,” he clarified
Ayatollah Arafi went on to say that the martyr Raisi’s government took significant steps in this regard, and the current government must continue this path under the guidance of the Supreme Leader."
"The foundation of our policy is interaction, cooperation, breaking the unipolar world, and creating new poles. However, some countries, including Russia, should know that the three islands and the Zangezur corridor are our political red lines. We are resolute in our political, revolutionary, and national interests," he underscored.
The Qom Friday Imam further noted that we expect our friends not to cross our red lines and to exercise utmost caution and mentioned, “We also advise our neighbors not to inadvertently open the door for foreigners to enter.”
